Our Team
ZAR's physician consultants bring an in-depth understanding of the clinical environment and the inherent challenges of adopting new systems and processes. Our physicians have had extensive practice experience, and have held a variety of physician management positions, including Medical Director, CMIO, Medical Director of Informatics, and Physician Champion.
Our physicians have both inpatient and ambulatory backgrounds and bring expertise with a variety of systems, including Epic, Meditech, Cerner, Allscripts, Siemens’ Invision and Soarian, and the clinical content vendor, Zynx.
Our Services
Our physicians are integral members of ZAR's consulting engagements.
Along with being members of interdisciplinary teams on the majority of projects, physician consultants can also function as the sole resource in an interim CMIO role or as a physician champion for a client to assist or mentor the current CMIO or other physician leader.
As integrated team members, physicians take the clinical lead on projects for the delivery of care or measurement of the quality of that care, translating clinical needs to project requirements.
Additionally, our physicians partner with the client physician champion(s) to ensure widespread physician engagement and adoption for the project.
Our physicians bring a comprehensive understanding of clinical workflow changes resulting from technology implementation or new care metrics.
